This Privacy Policy describes how EmpathySphere ("we," "our," or "us"), the developer of the "Vibe Check" mobile application ("App"), collects, uses, and discloses information when you use our App.

- App Set ID: We may collect the App Set ID for purposes such as analytics and fraud prevention. The App Set ID is not used for ads personalization or ads measurement, nor is it connected to any Android identifiers (e.g., AAID) or any personal and sensitive data for advertising purposes.

Please allow a reasonable time for us to process your request. Upon deletion, your mood and journal entries will be permanently removed from our systems, except where retention is required for legitimate reasons such as security, fraud prevention, or regulatory compliance, as clearly informed to you. Temporary account deactivation, disabling, or "freezing" does not qualify as account deletion.
7. Children's Privacy
The Vibe Check App is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and you believe that your child has provided us with personal information through the App, please contact us so we can take appropriate action to remove such information and terminate the child's account.
